Ananth is a fellow member of the Indian Institute of Chartered Accountants. Ananth works closely with his clients, being part of their success. Ananth has 30 years professional experience in the business services and advisory sector having worked in Qatar and India in middle tier accounting firms. Ananth specialises in providing accounting, taxation and general business advice to private clients and small to medium sized businesses as well as corporate clients. With his experience as a Financial Controller for a large multinational listed business in Qatar, Ananth understands the business needs and concerns clients face and is hands on with helping clients achieve their business goals.

With a keen interest in business processes and information technology, Ananth has extensive knowledge to deliver practical business solutions to clients looking to embrace cloud accounting and business improvement.

Raj is a fellow member of the Indian Institute of Chartered Accountants and is a product of Indian School of Business (ISB). He has 30 years experience as a business leader and a healthcare specialist who chartered a career in this sector out of his passion to be part of the healthcare eco-system. He was CEO of two large healthcare chains before he ventured out in the area of healthcare consultancy services.

Raj’s expertise in healthcare consultancy services spans the spectrum of accounting, advisory, and business structuring across the healthcare sector. He has developed the healthcare sector services for Kreston Rangamani and works with a broad range of clients including family owned small to medium enterprises and large corporate groups in the healthcare domain.

When providing solutions to clients, Raj takes a “big picture” view and ensures that structuring is thoroughly considered from the outset. By considering the implications that structuring decisions will have at various points in a business’s life cycle – particularly at the point at which a business will cease operating, be sold, or passed onto the next generation – Raj offers clients a holistic perspective that has helped many to recognize potential opportunities.

Raj regularly shares his expertise at client forums and events, and is a regular presenter at events hosted by the Indian Institute of Management, Bengaluru.

Chithra has a bachelor degree in Economics, with an extended major on company law and also has a diploma in Information Technology – specialising in IT networking and infrastructure.

Chithra has extensive experience for the last 25 years working with a wide range of small businesses and professionals. Chithra has good knowledge of tax compliance and company law compliance and has worked with businesses in various industries.

After implementation of GST, Chithra has trained herself to develop individual GST programs for businesses, advises on GST issues and ensures that GST compliance programs of each client are conducted in a timely and efficient manner.
