Aditya is a Corporate Finance specialist for over 30 years, with a track record of establishing and developing support services for organizations to build their growth strategies for the medium to long term. Aditya has a great track record of focusing on execution, to help clients articulate strategic opportunities and developing enabling frameworks with a focus to drive value creation for their customers and shareholders.

Aditya has an MBA from Santa Clara University, with specialization in Finance and Operations Research and an MS from Cornell University. Aditya has been a regular speaker and moderator at global business forums and has been quoted in the Wall Street Journal, Economic Times, and other key business dailies. He was profiled as a Young Turk by CNBC in Asia in 2006 and has hosted 3 programs on Business Issues on Technology on CNBC.

Balendhu has experience of about five years in both individual and business taxation advice together with business structuring. She also has practical experience in business management gained by handling both large and small businesses.

She assists clients in all stages of the business life cycle from start-up and growth to succession. Balendhu has assisted many business clients in both growth strategies and ongoing operations. She has also worked on next generation succession through planning and restructuring to see family operated businesses transition for the future. She works closely with the stakeholders to ensure the best outcome is achieved for everyone concerned.

Chithra Ganesh, an Information Technology expert with over 25 years of experience, is specialized in IT networking and infrastructure.

She has immense experience in networking architecture including peer-to-peer network and client server network. As our firm's designated Data Protection Officer, she helps in monitoring compliance at our BPO facility with the applicable data protection legislation/regulations (including the GDPR), the personal data protection global policy, the binding corporate rules and other global policies relating to data protection, data flow and data management.

Grace is a Chartered Accountant by profession and has had a significant career progression within Kreston. Starting as an Executive, Grace is now a Team Lead.

Her expertise in advising UAE, Singapore and US based businesses on corporate taxation and focusing on transfer pricing bench marking studies are quite specialized areas in the field of cross border taxation. Her particular specialisms lie in advisory projects for corporate groups, particularly with an exposure to international tax issues. She also manages transfer pricing studies for a number of large corporate groups in India.

Priyanka is an eager professional poised to establish a lasting career with our expanding team.

She is committed to upholding precise and compliant records and is meticulously detail oriented with advanced financial expertise. Priyanka has immense experience with direct and indirect tax, preparation of financials, not-for-profit accounting, and has proven herself to adapt to various dynamic operational environments. She leverages effective communication skills to cultivate meaningful client relationships and employs strong leadership abilities to consistently achieve targets.

Rajesh has more than 25 years of experience in risk advisory service, providing services as risk based internal & management audits, SOP designing & implementation and financial due diligence.

In addition, Rajesh also provides a suite of corporate finance services to help clients through major transactions. These include strategy reviews, managing the business sale process, due diligence (both financial and tax), data room management, financial modelling, capital raising, and project management. Rajesh has proven capabilities and credentials in the area of managing large assignments, team development, client acquisition and client retention.

Suma is an experienced and commercially minded HR leader. With over 20 years' experience working in the corporate sector, Suma, has successfully led on transformational projects, including talent management, reward/ benefits, HR Strategy/ planning, cultural change, employee engagement, senior leadership recruitment, leadership, people development and change management.

Suma is a passionate leader, with a strong focus on driving a people centric and inclusive culture, enabling people to achieve their full potential which in turn delivers business results and transformation through maximising performance and capability. Suma is a certified HR Analytics and Metrics professional. She is also a certified Happiness Coach and a certified OD intervention professional.
